Business Development Manager

3P Interactive has an outstanding opportunity for a driven, high-velocity, consultative salesperson who can initiate relationships with Fortune 1000 companies, local and state government, business owners, and demonstrate the value of 3P Interactive's digital marketing solutions and successfully negotiate and close deals at the corporate level. This position is based in the Atlanta area. Training for this position and industry will be provided. Candidate must have experience relating to the web design / creative industry.

Responsibilities:

Secure sales opportunities for 3P Interactive's by calling on large businesses and organizations in need of web design, internet marketing, graphic design, etc.

Effectively manage sales pipeline and achieve quarterly and annual sales quota.

Close business to business deals effectively.

Hold frequent face-to-face presentations, meetings and sales calls.

Produce effective outbound sales and marketing activities to generate new leads.

Prepare proposals via an RFP process.

Maintain constant contact with new and existing clients to positively manage the business relationship.

Manage, organize, and update relevant data using applicable sales database applications.

Work with Marketing to insure campaign delivery objectives.

Follow up on all leads generated by advertising, trade shows, mailings, web site, and other media.

Attend trade shows to generate new sales leads.

Requirements:

3+ years of business to business consultative, solution-based selling.

Understanding of web related products / services.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

A track record of successful sales experience demonstrated by specific achievements.

Formal training in the sales discipline

Understands and demonstrates how to build long-term customer relationships.

Understands how to communicate value.

Ability to travel nation-wide.

Ability to travel by vehicle.
